I meant CB is only available for young people in full time education post 16, including continuing in home ed. I just thought CB eligibility might be a useful way of quietly jumping the ILA hoops without rocking the LA boat for the 15year old (if that makes sense?)
ILAs have 'nae limits' age wise as far as I am aware. And I doubt your mither would still be getting CB for you, ET.
