The only difference in this response is that an MEP merits a "Dear Mr Bloom" rather than a "Dear Godfrey" salutation.
That is perhaps because our "Mr Grant" ticked them off about over familiarity (though it's still the same anonymous "Duty Enquiries Officer" who has sent it out).
Otherwise, it's an identical response to the hundreds of complaints they had and clearly plan to ignore.
