Staffordshire Council's delaying tactics
Staffordshire Council clearly doesn't want to release its response to the Badman consultation which has been requested via the Freedom of Education Act.
 Other LAs have made the information available, so why Staffordshire needs conduct a 'Public Interest Test' is anyone's guess.  :
