It's easier said than done. It will require people with a strong experience of trade union activism who have plenty of time on their hands. These union activists must have the ability and the required people skills to handle grievance and disciplinary cases at work if the union is to be useful. I actually think that running trade unions is something that only NT people are capable of.
Sorry, I don't know how to do that thing where the quotes come up in neat boxes! The above comes from earlier in that discussion. I don't know anything about Trade Unions so I don't know if 'NT' has something to do with that or if it's used here in the autistic context of 'neurotypical' (as it's a discussion about an autistic trade union). If it's the latter then it's an incredibly discriminatory and hostile remark to make. That doesn't make the later remark acceptable but it does seem from this point that the original discussion goes completely off the rails. |
