Default Scrooge! Your ideas on averting a PR crisis

The question posed on Twitter was: how to handle the festive, yet fictitious, PR crisis of Dickens’ most miserable small business owner, Scrooge?

I responded to the challenge (with a business plug, as you do ) so many thanks to Marketing Donut for the mention in their blog!

Max Clifford should be able to get him on the talk shows.
I see a bright future for him thereafter on the "Business Motivation Speaker" circuit.
Lot's of high profile after dinner speaking arrangements.
Dragon's Den? A (more caring) replacement for Alan Sugar on The Apprentice?
Perhaps a book and a series of instructional DVD's on "Using the Supernatural to Turbo-Charge Your Business".

His future is so bright he will need shades.
