This is E&W only and I may be being a trifle unfair in the slant I have put on it. But there is something about people with funny hair-cuts who run the like of Cafcass that always makes my antennae twitch.... and a rise of over 3,500 is huge.

Yes, and it's people's lives. It's children's stability and lives. We don't know (or possibly care) how much damage is being done in pursuit of the almighty ass-protection racket.

Children's lives. Trauma. Deprivation. Dare I say TORTURE?
